Stian Stabell is one of Norway's top-ranked online tournament players who recorded impressive results in May and June of 2008. However, his big online tournament night came in early July '08, when he took down the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl for $61,500 and placed 3rd in the PokerStars Sunday 2nd chance on the very same evening! After taking down the Full Tilt $65k Guaranteed for $16k, he final tabled both the Stars Wednesday Hundred Fifty Grand and the Full Tilt $1k Monday. Those two scores were worth a combined total of $38,000. He entered the P5's Rankings in June at #100, but is expected to move up quickly thanks to his recent performances in Sunday major tournaments.
