I'm considering signing up for PokerXFactor membership, looking for info.
By Poker Orifice on 10-23-2008 8:21 AM

Hi, I just recently purchased that book with the three co-authors Rizen, PearlJammed, and Apestyles and along with it I received 3 free full segments on PokerXFactor.  Being new to checking out that site, I was wondering if anyone here could give me some suggestions on what videos to watch on it.
I play $26&up mtts on Fulltilt.  Just getting going with them after grinding it out in micros for awhile and playing in a few priv. leagues online. So far so good in the mtts but haven't been able to put in the time committment (not like I'd like to anyways).
This winter I'm hoping to spend a bunch more time in them and am trying to pick up as much info. as possible and am considering signing up for a membership at PokerXFactor.  In the meantime I want to get some decent use out of the 25 vids. I get to check out (from purchasing the book).
So.... any suggestions?
Much appreciated.

I wuld suggest checking out vids from a few different instructors to see what you like. Rizen, Sheets, and Bax are the obviou schoices, but tourney vids from MScell and Hoodini10 have really impressed me as well. The alternate game stuff from Hatfiel and some of my cash game videos are good too, and Beanmo's SNG videos are the best I've seen.

Hey,.. thanks for the reply.  This is exactly what I am looking for.  So.. I just went back onto the PokerXFactor site and it turns out there's a set bunch of videos that I get to view,.... so I don't get to pick out the 25 like I figured, lol.  Still cool.  Pretty sure I'm going to sign up to that site anyways.

I suggested the le people listen in to one of our Instructor chats (I do a two hour chat open to all mebers every week and other instructors do them periodically as well) or let them listen to the podcasts of the lectures I do every week, but I don't see them as available in the program you're talking about yet. Shows how much influence I have I guess.
